Computer Engineering Department hosted the 2025 Regional ICpEP General Assembly last January 9, 2025. The event was participated by various schools in the Cordilleras; Kalinga State University (KSU), Ifugao State University-Potia Campus, University of Baguio and University of the Cordilleras.
The event kicked off by a seminar entitled, “AI Tools in Research” presented by Ms. Vanessa Kate C. Aniceto, MBA. The seminar provided insights on the different tools that will help professionals and students alike in their research endeavors not forgetting the ethical guidelines that researchers needs to follow when using AI tools.
The event is followed by the election of ICpEP-CAR officers, presided by the outgoing President, Engr. Dionisio R. Tandingan Jr., MCS, MAEd, PCpE. The newly elected officers for both ICpEP-CAR and ICpEP.se CAR did their Oath of Office after the election lead by ICpEP National President, Dr. Roben A. Juanatas, PCpE.
