The Computer Engineering and Mechatronics Engineering students are to their Registration, Orientation, Seminar Expo on November 7 and 12 at the UC Theater. This event is spearheaded by Institute of Computer Engineering of the Philippines Student Edition-University of the Cordilleras chapter (ICpEP.se-UC) and UC-Mechatronics Engineering Society (UC-MexES).

The Registration and Orientation will be held on Nov. 12, 2024 from 8:00 am to 12 noon at the UC Theater. Outstanding students from the department will also be awarded for their exemplary performances in different competitions for academic year 2023-2024. Mr. Kyle Russel Lucero will serve as the Inspirational Speaker for the event, an alumnus known for their Project “BARAKI”.

The seminar happening on Nov. 7, 2024 from 8:00am to 12 noon will focus on Blockchain Technology. The speakers are from Crypto Warriors. Lead by their CEO Aldrin Taccayan, who will share transformative insights on Real-Life Blockchain Applications Through Data Ownership with Vana Philippines Joining him are two prominent leaders in the Web3 space: Ser Henry James Banayat of Bitshares Labs and Ser Brian Mamaril of Saleng Mentor Group/Catch Creatives Labs.

Students from Computer engineering and Mechatronics Engineering are encouraged to join the event.
